Return and Refund Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need cancell your order, please contact us before the parcel shipped. Please understand it can no longer be cancelled once the packaging and shipping process has started.


If the item have any problem, please contact us a return request within 14 days. After we confirmed please follow the instrudctions we attached for the return acceptance. Steps for returning a product and getting a refund as below:

1, Please take photos (there should be at least one containing a shipping label), videos about the item's issues then send them to our email:
2 , Please wait for our acceptance with the instructions.
3 , You do return shipping (You need to do this within 14 days)
4, Our warehouse confirms receipt of your item returned in good condition.
5, We refund your order.
6, As item's issues(include shipping damaged), will be responsible for all the shipping fee include the return shipping fee.

Returns Notes:
Returns must include all accessories. Items must include original packaging.
Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy. Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 1-3 day Handle time) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but please contact us firstly.

Please allow up to two weeks (14 days) for refunds to be processed by bank.

*You must submit refund requests within:
14 business days after the order is delivered.
Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization.

30 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

* If you want to return because you don't like it, there is a 10% in-warehouse processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps you want to buy other product. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Partial Refund

1) Wrong shipping address cost item lost or return

Customer's invalid or wrong shipping address, wrong contact information cause carrier failed to deliver the parcel or deliver to a wrong address, refund can not be issued.

If the parcel can be returned to us, we can make partial refund after deducting the shipping cost.

2) Customer refuse to pay custom duty cause a return / destroy

Sometimes, products shipped from Shen Zhen warehouse and it needs customers to pay for the import duty in some of countries. We will contact you and confirm with you about this issue before shipment. Once you are agree to pay for import fee and the parcel was already shipped to you, but you change your mind and refuse to pay for the import duty and pick up the parcel. In this situation, it causes a return or destroy. We will not refund the shipping cost or the money of product for this case.
